Well I have been a Clark Hatch member for several months and pledge to keeping fit for year 2011 and I had stopped for one month reasoning PUASA (fasting month in Malaysia and due to avoiding jam I did not continue) so I was given by my bff the one month trial at Celebrity Fitness and I thought it was a great opportunity for me to try out for free. But as usual I had to go thru the idiotic sales people...but being a timeshare pioneer sales person I hesitant and fought my way and of course they were a lil moron that they didn't know my DBM! Yes what's that? DOMINANT BUYING MOTIVE dumbbbb! I guess these days sales people weren't as smart as our days though they were practicing deck sales concept and telemarketing in the fitness or wellness industry in Malaysia.

I was there last Sunday to meet the sales guy but the person was on leave but the fatty manager in the fitness center came to entertain us...haha and of course me being loud and vocal I insisted I wanted to have the one month trial past as few weeks ago I went there and the assistant manager suppose to issue me but came pretending they have some bladi global default system! WTF...they only have operations in Malaysia, Indonesia and India and they claimed GLOBAL! Anyway haha I was a lil too dramatic!

Finally, to cut short my crab I signed up and I pledge to keep a healthy lifestyle and of course I signed up for my sis as my training partner so that I will utilise the facilities for the next 12 months! I had committed Myr 165 permonth and Myr109 for the bladi processing fee... Hahaha I hope I will be discipline and change my lifestyle as well as living healthily...anyway time for bed...got to keep up my word...and yes I will....xoxo-R

It's 2.00am here in Kuala Lumpur...I'm still not sleeping and chatting on my Bold 9900 with my sweet old friend, preparing quotation for a friend, trying to finish some of my work as well as listening to music (I wanna go Home by Westlife- damn emo this song and made me though of my lil notti love life few years ago) from my Bold 9700 with a plugged in speaker presented by a friend too...

Btw I wanted to upload some of my Bangkok pics but I had troubled ammending the size due to not enough of space in my lappie arghhh sigh! Anyway I'm doing so much thinking of my life these past few days! So it's time for me to get serious and start planning on what I want in my life! (Seems like a yearly affair LOL!)

1. Continue with my current career whilst waiting to climb the corp ladder...but seeing my other colleague in the same position for the past 10 years and is still doing the same old thing I don't think it will work for me here hahaha!

2. Continue searching for better opportunites and hit bulls eye! Yes BULLS EYE!

3. Pursuing an MBA locally while not thinking of abroad due to the high forex in Europe!

4. Take a grant and pursue an MBA abroad and try my luck 2 years over there! It's a risk to take but no risk and challenges in life it will make us a liltle DULL!

Wow 4 options to ponder...anymore? Let me sleep over all these options and will me more focus before the final quater of the year 2011...ZZZzzz better sleep and I'm gonna speak to the Angel for some opinions for me to moving forward yo...love- R

Finally found my accomodation in Bangkok

Exhaling a deep breath of relieved...I finally found a place to stay with my family for this coming trip to Bangkok, Thaland. The past few days I have been seriously searching and reading many sites such as trip advisors, agoda.com and a few prominent websites for comments from the past customers. We don't only compare price but a whole "customer experience" that each hotel or resort had delivered. Since we are travelling in 5 pax so I'm looking for a residence rather than a hotel which is relatively more economical. Again location is very pertinent as we can save so much money on transportation whilst travelling around the city. I found a cool place in Silom which is Bally Hotel and it's just rite next to the train station but the set back is just next to night clubs and I'm worried it will disturbed my parents and granny at midnite but not me as I'm living like an owl that can strool around as Bangkok is a city that never sleeps. Though having a mixed feelings of the property due to some bad comments on the buzzing noise from the club versus a happening area with shops, cafe, night life and the convenient of the train station just a stone throw away I finally decided for Ascot Sathorn in Silom.

I have stayed at several properties owned by Ascott, and both its sister company; Sommerset and Citadines from KL to Singapore and Jakarta, therefore I felt the branding has it's consistency in terms of service and quality and a huge conglomerate like them will definitely have a good or at least strategic location. Furthermore, this is more like a family kind of property rather than staying next to Patpomg...unless I'm with friends then I would consider Bally for my next trip. Thank God with Citibank World Privileges I only paid TH13680 approximately MYR1368 for 4 days 3 nights stay and if average out a person only pays MYR91.20 per nite with breakfast! I'm so damn relieved and I'm gonna enjoy this place when I'm there...so now I can really sleep soundly after spending several nights doing all the planning for my family trip though I have been to Thailand for several times...Good nite peeps!

Amazingly it's been quite sometime for me to pen something or upload any new occasions or activities in my blog as I'm pretty lazy since having faced several problems uploading pics with the newly upgraded version of the blog. Anyway it's been years that I have not been for any holidays with my family and I'm so looking forward for this trip to Bangkok with them. This is a real good time to spend quality time with the family as well as a time for me to relax and rejuvenate with loads of foot and body massages during my 4 days there. It's good time for me to reponder the direction of my career as our priorities changes everytime and having lots of spiritual moment doing offerings in Thailand. Just counting...3 days to go and I'm so excited! Time to hit the sack and spend some personal quality time. Good nite!

My Biz Trip- Kuching, Redang Island & Lang Tengah Island

Time flies and it's end of May now! Few months back I was so excited about my Australia trip and now it has passed 2 months. Tomorrow I will be leaving for Kuching for my job purpose and the flight cost me Myr1200++. The reason being bcos I made a last minute booking due to a last minute request from my client. The pricing was ridiculous but I had to go due to business decisions. Though it will be only a one nite trip but I guess its gonna be an exciting one as I'm able to explore the food in Kuching as I last visited this state 12 years ago. Then Saturday, I'm so looking forward to be visiting Redang Island and Lang Tengah Island....but this trip gonna be a one nite stay at Redang Island. I will be flying on Berjaya air and cost me Myr364. I'm feeling so excited to explore both the islands! Will keep everyone updated the soonest as this is a very hectic yet compressed trip.

Together with my colleague came to visit our client's resort here at Sepang Gold Coast and enjoyed 2 nights here. What I love so much about this place is the body and shampoo with lemongrass scent. The chinese restaurant is a MUST try whenever you visit here!

We celebrated "Green Day" at the office in Jalan Pemimpin...near Bishan so I had to get a Zara t-shirt cost me SGD17.90 at Orchard Road...bcos I do not have green or either brown color in my bag...mostly dark colors like black which is my signature.

22 April: At Changi International Airport and I just love their orchids there...very pretty and amazingly well grown indoor. Btw Orchid is Singapore's national flower!

22 April: Funny thing was I had to flew back from Singapore to KL and board KLM to Jakarta! The ticket from Kul-Jkt only cost me MYR359. It's so cheap even I booked 1 week before travelling date. I was damn lucky I guess! This time I chedked in at Akmani Hotel at Thamrin and it's like 5 minutes by cab to Grand Indonesia and cost me like IDR35,000 when the traffic is smooth flowing! FYI never underestimate the traffic in Jakarta and we won't know what will happen the next hour! Just be plan and get ready early for each destination!

Lobby at Akmani Hotel, Jakarta...not a bad place to stay but I was given a connecting room so I was disturbed two mornings by two different guest! Love the morning buffet spread!

From the hotel I saw MONAS! This is the second consecutive year during my birthday I will be having visits from my Singapore bosses and it was the the same year I will had many surprises from them! Thanked God it was a blasting and great surprise from my bosses too! So end of the day I went for a great dinner at Hanare Fine Japanese Cuisine at Intermark. This place is pretty cool, cozy and great for a perfect peaceful meeting.

This year I did not drove back to Penang as I would like avoid the heavy traffic and the summons for speeding at the highway! As you know Malaysia only allows a max speed of 120 km/hr and probably a +- 5km buffer...so I do not want to take the risk either!

My sis and I flew back together...

We both took this trip as a vacation to Penang though this is a developed island...from the airport to our house in Pulau Tikus cost us RM44.70 by the limousine

1st nite in Penang...we treated our parents at Chicago Ribs and I love the food here so much as the Oriental Salad is superbly delicious as well as the pork ribs...OMG it's mouth watering! I'm so sorry to my Muslim readers as I'm just sharing this for other's information :)

As our Asian culture we practice filial-piety and it's a yearly thingy to pay respect to our ancestors before the Chinese New Year! So my mom & aunt will be preparing all the offerings for prayers each year to feast the ancestors.

We had this nice Malay economy rice at Medan Selera just rite in front of Ratu Mutiara, Tanjung Bungah. This place is so packed with many different races and this is a truly "One Malaysia" place where all races queueing for FOOD!

Can you image with all the dishes above with 5 plates of rice cost us around RM25...this is what you can get in Penang! No way you can find elsewhere in Kuala Lumpur !

Ken, Sam and I went for our tea break at Jalan Kelawei where the Malay will sell all types of "kuih" for team and I just love this place though it's at the road side but the place is cosy...

I have previewed some of the pics taken in Jakarta. This is a real awesome trip where I partay in a VVIP karaoke room with private DJ following us every nite! We dine at hotels and fine dining restaurants in private room. Indonesians can really spent for their guest and treat their guest just like KING! Can't wait to go back there again if opportunity permits.

This is the funniest trip I ever had in my life because on the 1st day I woke up 1 hour 30 minutes before the departure time and I rushed like mad to the airport and thanked God they allowed me to check in my baggage! Whilst the day before we left Jakarta we checked in 5 minutes before the departure time! It was a craze for myself to run at the airport like crazy! Thanks to Pak Oesman's contact that made us like a VVIP to board the flight in time! I just love the adrenalin rush but will never tried that again! The main reason we were late bcos we exceeded one hour shopping and while going through the jam in Jakarta is HORRENDOUS! This is a great lesson learnt!

I had such a wonderful trip to Jakarta from 17-22 Dec and then on 23 Dec I flew back to Penang with my sis to visit my parents and granny. Came back to KL on 26th and celebrated Mart's birthday and finally made up my mind to visit The Stones Hotel & Entertainment wholly owned by OSO Group from 29th-31st Dec and I'm still able to celebrate the NEW YEAR in KL! I will update all my activities the soonest wish you guys a prosperous & healthy 2011!

Comes again this festive season is just so magical! Time really flies and December will be always a month I have many fond & beautiful memories in my life "secret" My plans for an international holiday for year 2010 was not possible due to work and commitments but I have confirmed my trip to Australia in March 2011. This will be a great month for me to reflect all my success and failures in this year so that I can improve and make it better the next following year.

"It's time to be stunningly good in my craft, have a striking clarity of vision, take absolute personal responsibility, become outrageously enthusiastic and give the extra 1% for year 2011!"

Anyway, I'm so looking forward for my trip to Jakarta and hopefully this trip on 17th Dec will give me a fabulous opportunity to fly on a private jet to Bali to visit The Stones Hotel wholly owned by PT OSO International! Yahoooo and I'm lovin it because I get to enjoy some great spas there! I'm dying for one session to rejuvenate and to pamper myself...awwww! Thanks so much to Dr. Oesman for being such a generous host for this trip to Indonesia! I'm also invited by the Embassy of Malaysia to stay at the Malaysian Ambassador's home in Kuningan, Jakarta! This will be a great opportunity for me to be a true socialite in the big apple of Jakarta again whilst meeting new friends as well as rekindling old friendships!

I have planned to be back to KL on 22nd Dec and the next day I will be flying back to Penang for Xmas and will be back to KL again on Boxing Day! Now I'm contemplating what to do for the New Year! How nice if I could cuddle while watching and enjoy some great fireworks in my dreams! hahaha Will keep my blog updated with all my pictures and stuff!

Datin Sharifah Shawati conducted a workshop today on Social Skills for the students in the Faculty of Accountancy at UiTM Shah Alam. It was a great opportunity for me to join her since it was a Saturday and this was the first time I entered this varsity. The talk lasted 1 hr 30 minutes with a great impact on the topic as well as sharing her invaluable experience being a socialite herself with the students on the do's & don'ts in effective communication skills, body language & visual impact.

What is social skill? A social skill is any skill facilitating interaction and communication with others. Social rules and relations are created, communicated, and changed in verbal and nonverbal ways. The process of learning such skills is called socialization. The rationale for this type of an approach to treatment is that people meet a variety of social problems and can reduce the stress and punishment from the encounter as well as increase their reinforcement by having the correct skills.

Dear fab readers,

It's been quite sometime I have not been updating my blog due to some conflict happened based on my posting! Since this is just a non profit personal blog that does not concerned my job and so forth and please take this page as a pleasure for readings and viewing my photos and not using this blog to complain against me! Anyway matters solved...

It was totally rejuvenating & relaxing after 5 days of leave and I went back to Penang and visited Langkawi Island for a night trip. I had so much personal and private time to myself and it's like a retreat for me to do my soul searching, DVD marathon as well as spending quality time with parents, grandma and closed friends! One word...it's totally AWESOME!

Now I'm ready and geared up to move on to the next level of my life and more focus on my job and my goals and rewarding myself for a trip to Perth, Sydney & Melbourne next year March 2011...yipeee!!! Anyway, I will try to give as much updates as possible...and do keep the look out for my new posting soon. Chow and have a fabulous week ahead!

This trip was great as we planned 4 months in advance for the flights whilst the rooms was very last minute and we got the duplex for two bed room unit for RM439.80 and shared by 5 of us. Thus when we arrived at the airport we rented a Toyota Vios for THB3000 and when returned we pumped full tank and cost us THB1170. This is a real cost saving trip we we shopped a lot and eat a lot and lots of massage! I love this trip so so much!

Our 1st nite dinner at Thailand-Malaysia Seafood at Patong...not bad the owner can speak Malay and we believe he is originally from the border of Malaysia-Thailand. Food was not bad but fish was fresh and great!

Again visited Promthep Cape with the rest and the view was breathtaking and the view was simply amazing!

On the 2nd day lunch we had to stop at McD's at Patong Beach and I had the pork burger and it was superbly juicy and delicious but cost me THB160

The 2nd nite dinner we came by to Patong again and we found this nice COCOA-Nut...well 5 of us spent THB1160...pretty reasonable for a good meal!

On the 3rd day lunch we headed down to Phuket Town and had Kentucky at Robinson. Well they are cheaper than McD's and it's only THB85...simply nice meal and it we order without the salad the price is only THB65...very cost saving meal!

Thinking of massage in Thailand is just heaven! My 1st day was at Kim Massage for shoulder, back and head massage cost me THB450, 1 1/2 hrs, the 2nd nite I went to CN&N, Patong for leg massage was THB300, 1 hr and my third day I came to Kim Massage again for 2 hrs foot scrub and foot massage cost me TBG600! I still prefer Kim Massage as this place is clean, beautiful, tranquil and the prices are reasonable with very much experienced masseurs.

Tranquil ambience at Kim Massage...with greens and water feature making the place peaceful and soothing for a relaxing moment.

Going thru my foot scrub by the theraphist in the room whilst I was enjoying the wi-fi services there!

Had a great foot scrub then now washing and rinsing it clean for a great massage! I love it!

The 3rd nite we had made an early booking for dining at Lotus Restaurant at Laguna Phuket!

Nice place to dine, good and fresh food, soothing 2 piece jazz band, wonderful sea view but it's a bit humid when there is no wind!

We have all 6 dishes plus one fish and cost us TBH2040...quite reasonable for a fine dining restaurant

This meal cost me THB300...pretty expensive and I guess it's an airport price at Seasons...haha!

Arrived at LCCT-KLIA...safely! Getting a van for 5 of us is at RM167 and we rather booked 2 cabs home for RM73.80 each! Great breakaway but planning for my next Bangkok trip on Nov!

My rejuvenating trip @ Phuket 6-8 June 2010

OMG reached at Phuket and it was a wet weather...stayed at Bel Air Panwa Resort

Pretty cool resort and it's one of our affiliate in RCI (rental inventory) these resort consist of 2 bed rooms and 3 bed rooms type. They have two pools and nice view of the port.

Cosy living room with equipped kitchen amenities and we got a 3 bed room unit!

After we checked in the hotel... we were driven by the hotel staff to Capri Beach Club one of the hotel rented house turned cafe and it was just 5 mins drive from the hotel. It's pretty relaxing at this cafe where you can enjoy a private clean beach after a good meal!

We had Phad Tai, thai fried rice and cashew nuts chicken...

Finally came garnished with a huge prawn and our last dish was the green curry...no pics and was too hungry concentrating on our tummy...

It was a low peak season during our visit and there was no one at the cafe whilst the hotel was running at 30% occupancy so we have the privileged to dine on and served with privacy.

No one at the beach except us...probably it was cloudy that time but no rain till we have done soaking at the beach...

It was 3pm on that day and came our care rental guy for the Vios! We only rented for 24 hours!

Here comes our Toyota Vios that cost us Bath1350 for 24 days to cruise around the Phuket Island! Yahooooo

We then drove to Robinson at Phuket town for a great coffee and then we went to Kim's for a soothing Jasmine Oil Body massage for 1 hours 30 mins and cost us Bath630...it was so nice to going through the oil massage session! Not so oily though as I wipe it off after the treatment. I highly recommend this place as it's clean, tranquil and nice! No hanky panky guys!!!!

It was in the evening then we proceed for our dinner at Patong Beach... these are the dishes we ordered!

It's a must to order Tom Yam soup when your in Thailand! This is their local dish!

Fresh steam fish...lovely and tasted perfectly well!

Just to get the food digested with the wet weather we proceeded at one of the most popular mall at Patong... Phuket Jungceylon shopping mall and grab myself a 3 quarter trousers for Bath290...very reasonable! Btw it was so wet we can leave the mall and thought of watching Sex & The City 2 there but hmmmmp watching movies at cinema when having a short trip holidays? Ooopsss it's a no no...so we better go get some rest at the hotel instead!

Nice water fountain show but the wind was blowing so loud so the show was a bit affected!

Our 2nd Day we visited the "BIG BUDDHA" this is a must see place where it's the biggest Buddha Statue in Phuket...

On our way down from the "Big Buddha" we stopped by for some coffee and chips...Dawn & Jenny with the baby elephant with it's rain coat! cute...

Next destination...Promthep Cape...this is a must visit place in Phuket where you can find the most exciting view of the Andaman Sea! Nice place for a romantic sunset dinner!

Alamak raining again at nite so we were chauffeured to New Moon restaurant for our dinner...pretty clean but ain't nice as the floor was wet and we can't enjoy seating under the sky!

Refocus, Restrengthen & Restructure!!!

Enjoying a cuppa iced milk coffee at Kluang Station last Sunday. Just wondering around with my new car! Hmmm I'm feeling a little lazy to update my blog till today and it's already Thursday! Time flies so so fast. Lately I just don't feel so much good in my life or am I having a mid life crisis but I'm only at 31 or just that I don't feel great about own self achievement? Nevertheless, in life we will never have enough of what we have and we will always demand and hope for more. Anyway, it's time to push myself harder over the pedestal and refocus my goals since its the 2nd Quarter of the year and there is so much things to be done and achieved. What motivates me? I need to find something to motivate me to even work harder and to achieve and realized my dreams the soonest. I don't want to work till the actual retirement age and I need to enjoy and live life to the fullest and let money work for me. So I'm gonna start kicking ass from today onwards and be more serious of what I'm doing this year as the seed I plant today will bear fruits later...Oh how sweet is the fruit is the labour of my hard work now! Let's start to refocus ,restrengthen and restructure my plans seriously now!

Stopped @ Tapah and uploaded my pic whilst at the rest & relax stop :) I''m enjoying a slow drive from Penang till Tapah and I just love my Jazz sho sho much hehe! I left Penang at 6.30am. and now at Tapah at 9.00pm..I miss Penang and it was just a one nite trip back there to get my new car back to KL and as usual I spent a great dinner with my lovely parents, granny and aunty! Though it was a nite there but we have great moments spent! All rite gonna continue my journey now back to KL! Cya guys....muahsss!

Enjoying a healthy meal at Seed Cafe last Friday, 26th March, 2010 with Eyda aka Mami, Ita, Y, Sam & Syed after our light meal at Purple Cane. We had to company Mami and gang as she came from Penang for an interview! WOW all of us gonna unite again and that's the power of friendship and discovering new businesses wohoooo I love that!...I just couldn't eat anymore but just had tiramisu milkshake and I can say it's the best ever you can find at SEED CAFE, Mid Valley.

This whole meal cost me RM79.90 and all the food uses TEA while cooking...We had Lotus Root stir fried with mushroom and baby corns, home made tofu with tea sauce, roasted duck and a sze chuan noodles with 2 pots of tea soup. The meal is so so healthy!!!

Last Thursday I was at Little Taiwan, Bangsar South and I just enjoyed the fruit tea as the taste is naturally from the sweetness of dried fruits. Fairly not a bad place to wind down during the evening!

Enjoying my working hours at Austin Chase @ The Gardens and I can say that it's one of the best venue to have a great chat and also hang out for coffee and also do some work as it's pretty peaceful compared to other cafe's in Midvalley.

I just love the Tiramisu and it's quite the same like the one in Alexis :) The taste is superb and marvelous...I love it so so much as it's one of the perfect Tiramisu I have ever tasted so far!

Myself,Sam & Mart wondering and doing our groceries shopping at BSC and looking around for nice venue for her birthday ooops are we gonna be in KL or Penang during that day! Nice and cosy place to spend a Sunday evening there!!! I had a marvelous Sunday as we had our lunch in Pelita then we went to see Puan Zainun @ Tun Razak for our laundry before proceeded to Selayang Mall & BSC! Lastly, we wanted to go for some nice tom yam around Pantai but ended up at our house due to the heavy pour! arrgghhh!

Visited the Sepang Gold Coast promotion booth at Selayang Mall! Nice booth but ain't nice place to do promotion! Anyway, it's a learning curve for them as they are new and they gonna be the next big thing if the company properly planned it's marketing and sales strategy!

I'm @ FULLHOUSE, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng...not a bad place for fusion food but the outlet was so hot and humid as the air-con was malfunctioned! Terrible...I guess this will be my 1st and last to visit that place unless they have repaired the air-con! Not a bad service afterall they have jockey service as the place is packed during lunch time and dinner time!

It's been a long time since I last blog or write something as I have been busy with work whilst traveling around and also preparing myself for the next "big reveal" to my clients tomorrow ! Another 3 days more I will be 31 ohhhh no! haha and it's really time for botox but I'm still confident on how I look hehe...me ain't vain but it's important to look good if I wanna be in the Image Consultancy world!

Btw, I'm pretty satisfied with this 1st quater of the year and I'm gonna present myself an automobile for my 31st birthday and I have been searching high and low for my very own sweet and cosy nest! I really need one as I don't want people to intervene my privacy and that matters most! I only have two choices to move to Pantai Panorama or Pantai Hill Park the SOHO units and the price is a bit luxury or a new nest in Savanna @ Bukit Jalil!

So much more to update in a while got to get my car from the car wash downstairs ooops....

Thanks to Ryan @ Jantzen for cutting my hair short again! I was thinking of adding some color on it or just maintain my original hair color! It's a new change before Chinese New Year...I have shopped too much and I have gotten my dad and my dad's long time protege his clothes and got myself a new pillow and sheets from Robinson and I guess I need to get a flip from, trunks, shades from AX for the new year too as I'm gonna be back to Penang and I just wanna let down and relax near the beach enjoying some good drinks with some great friends! Relaxing and enjoyed the cappucino made by Iqbal from Strudels and this would be my fav place for coffee and it's ambience is relaxing, the food is great, the manager was perfectly cool hahaha I mean cool for his services and efficiency!

Ohhh My Gucci finally all my problems solved for the past two weeks! I had to spend soooo much money on my car and this problems occurs when you have planned to sell your car! I'm looking forward for a Peugeot 308 Turbo or a Honda Jazz...finale decissions!

Work was hell of a lot where I have inspections, meetings, trainings and client relationship building session with all of them uhhhhh! The worst thing was my laptop's HDD was crashed and really thanked Syed for bringing it back to me from Singapore and specially to Alan whilst having his reservice with the Spore Army he was able to assist me thru VPN to configured my new laptop!

Chinese New Year is approaching and falls on Valentine's Day...owh pathethic and of cos I'm 70% prepared and I had shoped a lot for myself...ooops not much yet and many to go...haha cos I love myself too much now! The past few days I was busy clearning all my rubbish and well I found some stuff I really missed but I had to throw it off as I dont want to have so much memories with these stuff! Time flies so fast and we ain't have much time to think of the past and move forward for the betterment of ourselves. I mean it!!!! yo! yo! yo!

Finally, we have booked our first "friendship trip to Phuket" on 21st to 24th August 2010 with and I'm looking forward for BKK, HK and probably Europe! There are so much happenings in my life and of cos when you're able to earn you have to pamper yourself with all the luxuries in life!

All rite guys I will try to update as much as possible as lately I have been so so so busy! I dream is to get a perfect PA, Driver & Assistant for myself in no time...I mean it and I will make it happened! I just love my life now though I'm ..... hahahaha secret! JW Marriot's staff was graciously and courteously in hospitality...they are so so nice!

Immediately gotten back from Singapore and had to fly to Phuket, was very hot and sunny at Laguna Phuket with my clients. Thanked God great and wonderful weather there...I need to be a bit slim...I'm successfully moving forward hehe!

Gosh I'm so busy and its back to back! Since came from Singapore & Phuket, I was so busy following-up with all my pending work and also my trainings for clients! Thanked God I have done it and I'm so excited for the signing ceremony for my new affiliate from Malaysia to be highlighted in Singapore during the Symposium in April 2010. Hence, I can't wait to leave for Beijing in February, Bangkok or Phuket in March, Cambodia & Singapore in April and Philippines in July and that's what I have planned for my half year work...

It's Friday and I don't even wanna go anywhere for drinks and probably wanna wind down with Shafiq and the rest tomorrow or may be for a great movie! I need a break and just miss the life of a week plus in Spore & Phuket...owhhh lychee Martini & Corona...

Now I'm in Singapore till this Saturday, 9th Jan 2010 and has been very busy with performance review, enhancement week training and I'm kinda enjoying myself here in RCI Singapore! I'm pretty happy after my performance review and I know I'm gonna get my bonus although I have been attached with this organisation for the past 6 months plus hehe I'm also looking forward for the next opportunity to get into Philipines though it's gonna be hard but I like the challenging task soon....Just gotten back from Vivo City enjoying Baba & Nyonya restaurant which is a Peranakan Cuisine (malay mixed chinese cuisnes orginally from Malacca, Malaysia) Getting ready for the EW training tomorrow at Millenium Suites and thanked God my boss have approved my visit to Phuket this Sunday, 10th January 2010...lovely and I get to visit again Marriot International Vacation Club as well as Laguna Holiday Club being a mystery shopper! Then, I will leave for Penang when I got back from Phuket hehehe....miss u so much mom & dad hehe whilst I will fly to Beijing by February! Lastly, I'm also looking forward to visit Bali, Bangkok & Manila by March! hehehe fly again...I luv it so much! xoxo good nite!

No where to go this year end so came back to Penang and spend some time with my beloved family, bff's and friends...Though last holiday was down memory lane but it was just kept in pictures only...somehow rather sweet, hot & nice hehe...really??? Anyway, it was fun to see the conversion of Casuarina Hotel into Hard Rock Hotel Penang and it's the first in Malaysia...another tourist attraction for Penang! Rise and Shine...I feel so great to start the day with a wonderful breakfast and I pledge to spend December 2009 as productive, exciting and fun as ever! December is a holiday month to everyone of us and it gives me so much sweet, sour and awful memories during the past :) This is the month to contemplate for my new year's resolution and till today I'm healthy enough to pen my blog and also to live my life to the fullest! Would just like to see the things achieved and unachievable and to change strategy to make 2010 a better year to come by and if possible to get thru 2010 with the most splendid one! Will make failures as my most expensive lesson in life and will promise myself not to repeat those again and keep moving on for a better avenue in life!

Finally made my Passport...a ticket to Fly...Fly...Fly

Thanked God with so many people I have managed to renew my passport at the Immigration Dept. in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. I thought it was mere two hours renewing from the Kiosk Machine but I had to wait for another 2 hours to get my passport done and today I spent almost 4 hours plus at the Immigration Office! Arggghhhh! I didn't thought of doing it at Putrajaya and would have save me so much time and hassle free than paying a parking fee of RM10.00 I guess the influx of people coming to do their passport is because it's a holiday season and also the new promo started this year whereby we can also apply for a 2 years passport for 32 pages that cost only RM100.00 rather than our ordinary one that cost RM300.00 for a duration of 5 years. This is rather a good measurement taken by the Government for encouraging people to go holidays just like Air Asia tagline " Now Everyone Can Fly" so it's just like "anyone can afford for the passport"! Luckily, I was smart enough to bring my laptop along and spent my hours at Starbucks. Anyway, I will have to wait till 6 months before 30 Nov 2014 to change my passport again and my age would be 35 haha...can't imagine that! Oooops...lastly, I will have to keep my old passport as my sweet old memories while having a new one while embarking for more sweet memories to come. Today is the end of November whereby this is the 1st month I have been consistently in touched with my blog almost daily and it's just like my dearest diary! Hoping for more sweet and great surprises for December 2009 and to end the year with some great and long lasting memories to come by!

Gosh heavy rain from my room...it's gloomy and cloudy with striking thunder...awwwh

Just love the Sun set after the rain stops...a view from my duplex balcony overseeing all the Berjaya Golf Course Resort, Bukit Jalil...

It was so hot & humid in the morning and now it's heavy rain, gloomy and dark...the weather looks total despair! My mood changed tremendously too hehe! I don't have this great feeling for the past two days due to a simple incident happened between both my clients which is the lawyer & the property developer! It just couldn't get away out of my mind and I just hope by next week everything settled and I can leave Singapore happily and fine :) Sometimes you just wonder...simple things can be complicate by someone who doesn't understand to answer properly! It was just a mere simple question that could obstruct a million dollar deal for my company and this really pissed me off! Thanked God I was able to convince my client to regain their confidence but definitely they won't be at 100% positive anymore due to certain legalities and governmental approvals that they had to go thru! It's totally suxx opening an ownership program here in my country where so much red tapes that have to go thru! Well...just praying hard by next week everything just turn out right for me and I have so much plans to make Malaysia an ICONIC place for some fractional and high end ownership program! Count on me babe as I have few huge MNC accounts that would be interested in meeting me! yahooooooo!

Well getting the affiliation document by next week is one huge thing and I'm gonna miss out my sistah's event for the "Couture Fashion show by Carven Ong" & "August Man Nite"...arrrgghhh! BENCIIIIIIIIII Tahu! Anyway, I have to prioritize again haha! Hopefully...comes back from Singapore I will leave for my year end holiday...can't wait for that! Ooops what about meeting Anjo in Penang for the Co-Operate loan project with a few direct sales companies! okkkk that doesn't matter will solved it immediate I touched down KL! hehehe! I have introduced two of my closed friends but the boss said both of them are more sales driven then operation wise which I kind of agreed! Hmmmmp anyone who reads my blog who knows anyone who has the capability and capacity to head an ownership or fractional sales in a timesharing industry please do not hesitate to email or contact me directly...I urgently need someone to manage this ICONIC vacation club for them...BTW I will not be flying to Phuket this weekend with my client due to time constraint so I have informed him that I will be able to company them to Phuket and Bali in January so that we can visit all the beautiful and classy properties both at Phuket & Bali and resorts like Banyan Tree, Marriots, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons & Royals Resorts...Looking forward for both this relaxing and yet educational trip...yipppieee!

I just love my community Bukit Jalil as I have lived here for the past 4 years and I love the serenity and peacefulness...the landmark National Stadium of Malaysia with easy excess to Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Seremban, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and even KL International Aiport! Well Just feel it's green and cozy to live here and it's pretty moist at nite and morning! I have decided to look for a condo myself by 2010 budgeted around RM250k-RM400k somewhere in Bukit Jalil, Pantai or either Subang or may be Sunway area...hmmm feels like having my own privacy and space and it's time to be on my own unless my future better half has the ability to own one and I can move in conveniently...ooops in my dreams but if that happens why not? hehe! I hope by next year I'm able to hunt my own NEST and I desperately need one!

After trying at so many types of kopitiam I still prefer the Old town white coffee as their coffee is still the best besides the coffee made by my dad at our shop called SWEE KONG Coffee Shop @ Burmah Rd in Penang!(Opposite the Pulau Tikus Police Station made popular by the Hokkien Mee- Tan Sri Koh's favourite ex-Chief Minister of Penang, Apom Balik- called to the Palace at Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei to make for the Sultan of Brunei...one of the richest man in the world and famous Lemak & Asam Laksa made originally by the Burmese Family of Penang, Popular Mee Goreng by a indian muslim man originally from India, Wanton Mee brought to you by a Cantonese origin) This is a real One Malaysia which has rich culture at my dad's shop in Penang and I will feature my dad's shop when I got back to Penang next week! Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to get some capital and will do my own franchise by end of year 2010 using my dad's licence. So if anyone who are interested to have and own the real secret of traditional kopitiam which has more than 70 years of experience in the industry please do contact me and let's start from here as we have all the hardware and the software to do better than these commercialized kopitiam currently in the grow like mushrooms! Just got back from Pavillion watching Christmas Carol acted by Jim Carey...pretty nice graphic for this movie...though it started pretty bored but ended pretty sweet...the moral of the story is to treat people nice and appreciate Christmas! Well this X'mas we will get together with our closed friends and will have a great X'mas eve dinner!

1. This iconic hotel will sign two (2) contract by next week for RCI & Registry Collection. I'm so excited and happy for this deal...sleepless hahaha!

2. The resort at the East Malaysia have requested the Registry Collection proposal from myself!

4. Sharifah Shawati have been invited to be a columnist for MStar...the online entertainment portal wholly owned by The Star (M) Bhd

Hopefully, things will become smoothly for both of us hehehe! I have to sleep now as I need wake up to send sam to work and straight for a full day meeting at Shah Alam...though I'm on leave sigh!

Stories continues...

Had sleepless nights and woke up at 4.00am...just couldn't sleep though I forced myself sigh! What happened?

Went to LCCT today, sent the proposed skin care products on behalf of Adamaya...and had to run a marathon of 200 meters to get to my car due to heavy rain...nearly reached home to Bukit Jalil went to change the lights for my car as the front and the back lights already not functioned. Sigh! Hate it as the car is already 5 years though still in a good condition but I'm contemplating to change a new one by this January 2010!

After the workshop...at the traffic light a Persian guy stopped me and it was a shocked! Then the conversation continued like chicken and duck as he doesn't understand much english and I had to speak like a kindergarten kid to both husband and wife explaining the way to MINES Shopping fair which is a stone throw away from my house and the destination I stopped! After drawing a map for them and they still don't understand...so I decided to show them the way there myself arrrgghhh...troublesome but I just pity them...so in future any tourists who comes to Malaysia please get a GPS or at least a MAP when you wanna drive! The nicest part was sending them to the destination and having a firm and a honest and warmth handshake from both husband and wife...this is the situation that made me cool down and feel that I'm doing something good for a stressed person on the road looking for ways and means to reach their destination at ease!

Good evening my gentle readers!

Gosh I have been out from the house since 10am till 12 midnite tonight! It's all about work work work! Nevertheless, being busy is a good thing as it just keeps my mind to be focus by not swaying away from other thoughts!

While I was on my way for a meeting in Shah Alam I was listening to the BFM 89.9 and this lady was talking about adjustments and taking responsibilities...likewise when your business doesn't work don't blame the economy but change your strategy or either down size your business from avoiding losses. This is the little adjustments that you need to do when your facing this problem. Same goes to relationship I presume...so I will have to take fully responsibility when my own relationship failed! Ooops already failed...so I'm trying to adjust to so much things in life and just to make things happen again for myself. Though at times it's easy to speak than done but we need to also put effort in what we preach to make it a success!

Currently, I'm consulting a conglomerate for having their own timesharing membership and also fractional membership and it was pretty lucky to meet with the Chairman and the whole management team on this matter...well today suppose to be my 4th meeting with them and I was offered to spear head the whole project...though it was pretty enticing but I feel it's unethical to do so...Anyway, loosing a huge opportunity will gives me more in the future. I promised myself by consulting this company I have learnt so so much especially from the legal aspect, corporate and governance, trust deed and setting up a new business unit with a CEO as a whole. Lucky me, just 6 months on the job I have the opportunity to meet this kind of clients...hoping this deal will launch by this year end so that I can prove to the person who first met me in the company telling me Malaysian market has been dead long ago...but I can proudly tell him...your eyes were blind and you weren't able to see the opportunity as I did hehehe!

Evening was great...had coffee at Shawati's place and chit chat till midnite gosh definitely productive as so much planned for next year 2010...and tomorrow another challenge whereby I had to send the Adamaya's product to Dato' Sri Tony's office in LCCT! ooops will post some pics of the products proposed for in-flight sales and also online sales for Air Asia...just wish this comes thru and patience will pay the price soon! Can you imagine selling your product on Air Asia "World's best low cost carrier".
